Flying bridge RV? Nope--flying pop-up!
OK you "schooly" lovers, here's a schooly with a twist--or is it a pop (up)? Reader Mark Tamarkin sent us this fascinating photo of "The Scholl Bus." Nope, not a typo (although we'll claim a few of those), the bus is owned and converted by the Scholl family, presently putting around the US.
Bought on a Craigslist ad back in 2010, Jody Scholl's project just seemed to get bigger and better, and finally, a trip to Florida from his home-state of North Carolina brought home a good-shape Jayco pop-up which Jody popped-up onto the roof of his school bus. At last report the whole family, Jody, wife, and three kids were in North Dakota doing some serious fishing, with an eye on being in Quartzsite, Arizona come January.
