If ever a unit could use a tag-axle, well, here's your candidate. But wait! Looks like this one already has one--of sorts--only it seems like it may be in the wrong place!
Plenty of speculation on how (and what from) this was built, but we can only guess that aside from drawing lots of attention on the road, it probably makes quite a bit of racket inside.

Surely looks a bit light in the front end!! I bet it's nothing more than a fiver mounted on the pickup.
