Modern gypsy wagon?

If any of you want to help us sort out this one: We can't find anything out about Billy Bob's BBQ, nor about this fascinating rig. Modern gypsy wagon? Sheep herder's rig? We're not real sure, but we'd love to know more.

Billy Bob's BBQ is now located in a small building on hwy 95 in Parker, Az. He's on the river side of the road as you go toward LHC.
